1. Who we are

This store, lishi-tool.com, is operated by Xi’an Lockartist Security Equipment Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), an authorised Lishi distributor since 2008 (distributor no. 002). 2. These terms

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place through it. By browsing or ordering you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

3. Products and compatibility

We sell Lishi 2-in-1 pick and decoder tools, key machines, accessories and related locksmith equipment. Product descriptions, specifications and compatibility lists are taken from the manufacturer’s data and are provided for professional use.

Choosing the right tool is a professional decision. Lishi tools are selected by keyway code, not by vehicle brand, and a single model can change keyway within one generation. We are happy to check a listing with you before you order, but the final responsibility for confirming the correct tool for a vehicle or lock rests with the buyer. Tools are not interchangeable between keyways or cut counts.

These tools are intended for use by trained locksmiths, automotive locksmiths and security technicians, and only on locks you are authorised to open. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country when using them.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was clearly incorrect, or if we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel, we refund any payment already taken.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of import duties and taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the moment you place your order applies to that order.

Import duties, VAT and customs fees charged on arrival are your responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Xi’an, China. Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 48 hours of payment. A flat shipping rate of USD 10 applies per order; the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please check the address carefully; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.

8. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy is set out on the Return & Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods; nothing in our policy reduces that right.

9. Warranty and liability

We supply genuine Lishi products. If a tool arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or of our tools. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, images, product photographs, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or resell it without written permission. Lishi and Original Lishi Tools are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them to describe genuine products we are authorised to sell.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use this store to place fraudulent orders, to resell products as counterfeit or unauthorised goods, to scrape or copy our content at scale, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Xi’an have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the terms were last revised.
